Gift Card and Envelope all in one

You can print the Template to make this quick and easy gift card holder.
Here is my go at it.

I have added inner pieces and included the dimensions here for the layers as well as the band size.

Click on the pic to get a better view.
Inner layer for sentiment is 3 1/2 x 2 1/2
Bottom layer that goes behind the gift card if you like is 3 1/2 x 2
The band is 1 1/2 x 8 1/2
