Thank You - Summer in Paris Car cut

I really like this car cut from Cricut Summer in Paris however it took me 4 times to cut it. These cuts are very intricate and I end up using thicker cardstock and slowing the speed down. Still not perfect to my liking, but my sister asked me to make a THANK YOU card for her with a car on it.

I embossed the back ground and stamped Thank you on a SU punched piece. The ribbon is also from SU.

I am entering this in a couple challenges - Transportation at Crafty Creations and For Fun challenge we are to use black and white and one color.

  1. Oh yes, I can see where that would be difficult to cut on the cricut! I love this cut though and you did a fabulous card and perfect for our challenge at Crafty Creations! Thanks for playing this week!

  8. I'm sure your sister will love it! Does look like intricare cutting, great job!
You've been busy with your Christmas cards... I really need to make some more too - just can't find the necassary mojo!
Paper doilies are thin and easy to tear, but I haven't really had any problems with them, they're great when you ink/chalk them to match your colours
    Have a great day ♥

  10. I think the same thing about this cut. I gave up! I thought if I made a big cut it might be different, but it sure didn't work for 3".
