Halloween treat bag made from scrap

Hi All
I had just bought this MS spiderweb punch in Clearance at Michael's on my Friday night shopping trip and came home and made this little bag and finished it up this morning.
I'll post measurement and direction a little later

Items used - MS punch, Recollections paper, spider rub on from Target. Misc white string and ruffed up the edges/

entering this in a the challenge at Paper Playtime - spiderweb on a project, I bought the punch with this challenge in mind!
