Hurricane

We on the east coast will be experiencing a hurricane this weekend at this time they have marked it as a Tropical Storm conditions for our area .
I was sent this checklist from the Red Cross to be prepared. Would like to share it with you.

Irene is suppose to hit us late Saturday through all day Sunday.

We will have very high winds they state of 40 - 60mph and 5 inches of rain will fall.

    I am so not looking forward to this weekend!!! We just had 7 to 12 inches of rain in my area and my sump pump had a hard time keeping up. This time we may have power failures which means no sump pump so I spent today moving everything of value to higher ground. :-(
