Mojo Monday sketch

My daughter has finals next week and wanted to create this card for her.
Border punch from MS, embossing is from SU, stamped image is from Inkadinkado.
I used the sketch from Mojo Monday

Valentine be mine

This is a larger size card - I think an A7 from DCWV (brown textured) which led me to fill more of the space but I think I did ok.
I used the Martha Stewart heart punch, the color combo at Allsorts of brown and blue so I worked it up from there. Added some new yarn I bought yesterday at AC Moore - it is so soft! The pearls are from Prima Marketing and the sentiment and punch surrounding it is from SU!
The sketch I used to complete this card is from Mojo Monday#173

Mojo Monday sketch

I loved this sketch (see below) at Mojo Monday and thought the Halloween card I created next would suit well with the two Stampin' Up Stamps I used.
Because the sketch seemed a little formal - I went with more fall type colors as requested at Charisma Cardz than spooky in your face papers. However... if you look close they are - mahuhhhhh - LOL

Ok - back to the card - I stamped with brown Stayzon and colored the imaged with colored pencils except for the flesh (markers). The Sentiment was punched out using a SU scallop oval. The border punch is a EK Success which match the sketch perfectly!

Pattern card stock is more from my Recollection pack from M's. The cut star ribbon came in a 3pack Halloween ribbon pillow sampler at Target dollar spot.

Momo's Girly Affair

I recently (Saturday) bought Summer in Paris at M's for 15.00! So when Momo came up with this challenge - I took a look at the cuts on this cart. I tried to follow as close as I could to the layout sketch at Mojo Mondays
I tried the shoe but then tried the perfume bottle so I cut it at 2 1/2 inches on some awesome glittered textured card stock then layered it on black.
I punch the line border using a SU punch. The perfume bottle is raised on foam squares.
The color brown challenge at TPE added to the mystique with the black I think.
Inked using my brown Colorbok cats eye and layered the inside as well.

Lady bug oh Lady bug

Ok - so the title is silly. I made this card for a little girl who lost her sister.

The following challenges helped me complete this.
Cuttlebug Challenge - in the garden - I used the lady bugs from WIMG and the tartan embossing folder
The color theme of red white and black at Crazy 4 Challenges
and the sketch from MoJo Monday's MOJO147

Cherish - Mojo Monday

I created my own background which I'll explain in the next post.

The stamp set is one I won at Sketchy Thursdays - called Little Ones by Unity Stamp. They are an awesome stamp company and the the images come out nice and clear.
The sentiment if from Technique Tuesday.
Pearls are from Michael's
The cardstock, ink and ribbon (blue) is from Stampin' Up
Misc green handmade paper inked edges as well

I followed the Mojo Sketched this week and also entered it in Challenge # 6 -Stampin Up at Glue, Scissors, Paper.

MoJo Monday 99

We were to follow this sketch:
This was a sketch that took me a little time as I am measuring attentive person. Knowing that and wanting to get a jump on cards that I send to my daughter and her friends in college, I create a set of 4.

Base (pink) ran through the Cuttle Bug Floral embossing folder.
Accent card stock is double sided paper from Stampin' Up - cut at 1 3/4 x 3 1/2 and 1 3/4 c 2 1/2
Sentiment is a small Cuttlebug Embossing Folder (Discover and imagine)
