29 again?

My BIL birthday is tomorrow so he will get this one day late as it will post tomorrow in the mail.
He likes elephants and I just so happened to find this cute digi on Tiddly Inks web site. And it has hearts too - being his b-day is so close to Valentines day - it works perfect. I cut the hearts out also separately to make a double layer and raised on foam.

used the birthday CB embossing folder and cut the tag and 29 our of a Provo Craft die set.
The bakers twine is from The Twinery.
The sentiment is from a blog candy I won from Melissa

I am entering this card in the following challenges

A Key to a whisper

You know when you have a vision... and then your card turns out nothing like that! I think because I started with the green cs for a base. Anyway here are the elements on the card.
The paper chipboard is actually the side of a tissue box and I love the colors. (I ran it through the crimper).
The butterfly is a Martha Stewart punch that I inked and added some i*rock bling. I attached a tiny chipboard key on wire and hung it from the butterfly wing.
The hearts and key are a old Provo Craft metal die that I forgot I had. It cut the card stock as well as the chipboard beautifully!!.
The fibers are from a local store in the next town over (which is also in my give-a-way) and the border is a punch from Martha Stewart that I inked as well.

I am entering this card in the following challenges
Colour Create #63 - lemon, green and white
Cute Card Thursday #149 for the layout

Try it On Tuesday - to Alter it with wings - butterfly with key and ink
All Sorts week 88 - saving nature - so I recycle the tissue box cardboard

Kaboodle Doodle - bling it up -

For you - male card

Momo challenge us on NSD to make a male card.
Since I needed one for my nephew as he is making his First Communion - I made him this card.
Yes yes I know - this is not a religious card - I figure my 8 year old nephew will get anough of htose and why can't I make a fun card??? He enjoys going to the Monster Truck rallies each each with one of his little friends.
So I use a few CB embossing folders and a Provo Craft truck die - soem foam to raise the truck and tires and I think it came out cute.

Can I say cute on a boy card - LOL.
I used the sketch at Create4Fun blog.

Butterfly note card

My daughter asked me to make a purple and gold card with a hint of light blue for one of her friends
Here is what I came up with, I'll be making two different cards and she can use them both.

Card Stock from Colorbok and I edged it with a Martha Stewart punch
Added handmade gold and purple paper from Provo Craft
Added a smaller square of purple embossed hand made paper also Provo Craft
Strip of mesh to balance it out and added an EK Success Butterfly
Not sure if you can see the pearls in the corner as well
