AC Moore Coupon

Best Wishes

Made this card for our daughter. She is finishing her second year at NU in Boston. Her finals are coming up in a week or so.

The cute bear in the slicker is from Wink Wink Ink.
The layout is from Get Sketchy and the theme is for Quixotic Challenge and The Pink Elephant
The flowers and leaves is a 5 petal punch from Stampin Up and the border punch on the front is a new one I picked up at Michael's today for $5.00.

A little Bunny's Joy

So we were challenged to put a bunny on a Christmas card. Oh my ... I thought.
Then I looked at my new stamp set I bought from Stampin' Up called forest friends - and there was this cute little bunny.Sentiment on the tag is also SU.
The tree stamp is also from SU expired Holiday Trim set.
This goes with the following challenges:
Bah! Humbug! - put a tag on a card
Winter Wonderland - wanted to see a bunny on a card
Christmas Stampin' All Year Long - color scheme of violet white and gold

Little Bundle of Joy

Made this for a few challenges - no one to give this card too - but will keep it in my stash!
For the base card I used Stampin Up whisper white, the violet bow embossed card stock is something I had for years!

allsorts challenge blog - we could not use designer paper
Bitten by the Bug 2 to use the bundle cut
Colour Create Challenge to use Violet gray and white
Rosie-D's Challenge - we had to make a blessings card

Martha Stewart border lace punch, Target putple ribbon and misc buttons

Sentiment if from Stampin Up as well.
The bundle cut is from Cricut New arrivals that I embossed with the Cuttlebug embossing folder and lightly inked.

My first Etching!!!

So this is my first time trying the etching cream, I've seen lots of folks chat about it and wanted to etch some glasses also for my brother's birthday gift.

I first cut the vinyl on the Cricut - Blackletter Font used at 1 1/2" at slow speed - blade at 3

Used mesh tape to create a 'ruler" so all monograms would be the same height on the glass.
Added the etching cream and wait 20 minutes.
Oh the glasses are from Ocean State Job Lot 1.00 each.

Washed off the cream, removed the vinyl and awesome results! Whew! Now I think I'm addicted!

From this to that

I bought this sign on clearance for 3.95 and painted and stenciled this cute item.
It took multi layers of cream paint to cover the original.
I cut the image from A Child's Year cart at 3 1/2 on Contact paper.
Removed the actual image to left the negative
Painted it blue (two coats) as well as the buttons.
Used a different red for the heart.
I just need to add some ribbon (click the pic to see a better view).
This too is for my brother's birthday gift.
