Well somehow I misplaced the wedding card, so I created this one to mail. Strangely so....I like this one better than the double Z fold one.

 Classic two birds using Stampin Up bird punch

 Added a heart and sentiment. Mounted using two SU Punches

Inside, I bordered with the beautiful Martha Stewart heart punch, sentiment from Trust God SU stamp set.

Done! Simple! Off to mail with a note. For all I know, the card may be with the gift! Ha. 

Wedding card double Z fold card

With a wedding coming up I needed to make a couple cards.

For this card, I cut a piece of card stock at 12 x 5 1/2
Scored at 2, 4, 8, 10

To make the angle cut, place a mark at 1" and cut it to the second score mark.

Then taking the piece you cut from each side, glue it to the bottom.

Here I added a sentiment and a double layer flower

Cool effect.

Newlywed Card

My daughter asked me to make a wedding card in these colors. After various layouts I settled on this 6 layered card. Mostly all Stampin Up items.
I did have to go to Michael's craft store for the cardstock

Best Wishes wedding card

My daughter asked me to create a card for her as she has a wedding next month.
Using SU bird punch and sentiment I came up with this, I used some glitter swirled wired ribbon.

The embossing on the teal layer and the heart are from Cuttlebug. I was trying to match the ribbon.

She asked thst I take off the extra leaves at tge top, ha I knew I went overboard! 

Tulle wedding card

Not sure of the pattern paper.

For the Newlyweds

I had these two little doves cut and stashed in my "cut" pile and made this darling wedding card. Now just to be able to give it to someone ... hmmmm.

They were cut from a Cricut Cartridge, I think it was Joy of the Seasons but can't be certain due to the length of time in my discard pile. Ha!
I used the Sizzix Stampin Up Framelits Dies to cut the black and white layers and mounted it on the deep red card stock. Used the Stampin' Up lace border punch and some sheer ribbon to make a sweet border at the bottom.

Finished it off with a sentiment also from Stampin' Up Teeny Tiny Wishes.

Two hearts become one - wedding card

Here is a wedding card I made using Basic Grey items.

It is a 5 x 5" square brown card base. Layers with 4 1/2 x 4 1/2" worn looking light brown pattern paper which I inked all edges of paper and hearts.
I added a little jewlery hang tag on wire that I had in my jewlery crafts it says "adore".

The rub on used says "and two hearts become one" (Basic Grey rub on sheet).

15 Minute or Less Wedding card

Using my Stampin' Up supplies, I created this white on white wedding card.

 First embossed the whisper white card stock, then using the large Sizzix die for stampin up I cut the lattice piece and glued that to the base card.

Punched out two hearts and ran those through the dots embossing folder, mounted them on foam squares and off set one from the other.

To depict male and female, I used the limited release black rhinestone and then the classic rhinestone.

The for the sentiment I used the Teeny Tiny wishes and the scallop oval punch, again raised with foam squares.

Wedding card - hearts are the key elements

You've probably seen this technique from SU - but we made this at a recent workshop and it was perfect for a wedding I needed it for. To make the groom element - you actually punch out a black and a white heart. Trim the white piece to a Little V section. Add a bow and some buttons (marker) Raise it on foam squares. For the bride element punch out one white heart, run it through the Cuttlebug D'Vine swirls embossing folder and add three pearls. (click the pic above for a better view)

Bridal Shower card

This was the gate fold card I made for a bridal shower I went to a couple weeks ago and forgot to post.
Her colors are blue and white with a hint of pink.
The heart border is a Martha Stewart punch that I doubled in layers and colors. The doves were from the Wedding Cricut cart cut at 3".
The inside sentiment is from Stampin' Up.

Hugs and Kisses

I cut the heart from the Cricut Wedding cartridge at 3' as well as the layer. I added some glitter and pearls. The background base card was run through the Victoria Cuttlebug folder and I ran a brown ink pad over the embossed areas.
The tag is a Marvy punch that I hand drew stitching and the sentiment.
Entering this in the Crafty Catz card and tag challenge.

I cut this swan from Cricut Wedding Solutions cartridge at 3".
Used Martha Stewart border punch and layered it three times on a back ground embossed with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dot folder.

Cheers - to the Happy Couple

Here is wedding card #2 for today.
I cut the champagne glasses from the Wedding Solutions cart at 3". I added glitter to the rims of the glasses and mounted them on Cuttlebug embossed paper as well as glitter paper from Target.
The layout I am using from A Crafty Little Place and the color scheme from The Sisterhood of Crafters and Daring Cardmakers (Emerald). The theme of Weddings from Charisma Cardz Challenge blog as well as at C.R.A.F.T blog (we could choose wedding or birthday's).

Wedding card - my creation but a pink version

You may (or may not) seen my original creation using a deep red background.
My sister needed a wedding card for a co-worker and the color theme was pink.
So I scraped myself and re-created the card with a light pink background.

bliss....LO of my mom and dad

It is a LO of my mom and dad. My dad just passed away and my mom passed a long time ago. As we were reviewing their old wedding album - I copied these pictures and thought it would be a great place for me to start.

Wedding CD sleeve

Over at Cuttlebug Challenges they posted Easy CD Sleeve Party Favors

Easy!!!! 5 1/2 x 11 piece of cs scored and folded - here is what I made. I went to my nephew's wedding a few weeks back and took 160+ pics so I loaded them on this CD and will mail it to them.

Wedding card using Paper Cutz challenge

Paper Cutz Challenge # 7 was to use the layout shown.

I needed to complete a wedding card for my nephew who is getting married tomorrow afternoon.

This was the perfect LO to help me finish the card.

Bridal Shower card

Here is another Bridal Shower card I need for tomorrow. I used the Cricut Wild Card cartridge for the base card at 5"(called a doily) which I ran through the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder.

Accent strip in red 1" was punched using Martha Stewart border punch. Pearls from Michaels accent the border piece as well.

Rose was cut at 5" also on the Wild Card cartidge - which I cut 5 times to be able to layer the flower and leave sections. Inked and pop dot up for dimension.

Sentiment - computer generated and mounted on red cs and I used the Stampin' Up ticket punch on the corners.

Wedding shower card

I have a wedding shower to go to on Sunday. I knew the time was slipping away from me - so I spent some time after dinner last night making this card.

The bridemaids dresses are red so that was my base to start. I used the Cuttlebug Swiss Dot Embossing folder on the base cs.

The wedding couple is from the Cricut Wild Card cartridge cut at 4" true dial size.

The border punch is from Martha Stewart



The sentiment is from the dollar bin at Michael's I picked up years ago.
Oh - the dress is from The Paper Company that I bought at ACM - as soon as I saw it - I knew it would be incorporated in the shower as well as the wedding cards.
