Autumn banner

Made this for my daughter, this completes the season banners for her.
Here is how I made it - I cut 4 x 4 pieces of cardboard from a USPS box I got in the mail.
Punched the holes in the pieces with my crop-a-dial.
Inked all the edges then proceeded to look at my carts for autumn items.
The font I cut the regular and shadow at 1 1/2" from Storybook (Thank you Audrey) and put that aside.
The elements were cut from the following:
A - The apples were cut from Doodlecharms at 2 1/4 and 1 3/4" page 118 key #37
U - The basket was cut from Doodlecharms at 2 1/4" Key #35
T - the leaves were cut from Doodlecharms at 1 1/2" key #34
U - the Pumpkins were cut from A Child's Year page 52
M - The ghost was cut from Paper Doll Dress Up at 1 1/2" 2 3/4", and 3" and the spiders were cut from Designer Calendar page 48 at 1 1/4" and 1 3/4"
N - The turkey was cut from Designer Calendar as well as the Pilgrim hat pg 38

Entering this at Paper Playtime autumn challenge - I just love this time of year here in New England!

Nugget

Made this card for my sister's family. They decided to raise chickens and got a batch of adorable fluffy chickies and one passed. I wanted to send my pet sympathy to the family. You see the smallest one - named Nugget - was not growing. While the rest of the clan was growing rapidly - this one still looked like a little chick, well a few days ago - she did not make it.

Cut the cute chick from Create A Critter for the Quixotic challenge (animal Go-Wild), I cut the sun from Doodlecharms for the challenge at BBtB2 hosted by Sweet& Sassy. The color theme from Colour Create of pink and blue. The layout I used from Get sketchy (sponsored by Delicious Scraps) and the concept of ribbon and bling from PollyCraft

Doodlecharms - have a sweet day

I used the card cut on Doodlecharms Cricut cartridge - to make the jar - I used a small zipper close bag and include the string of ladybugs and cut pieces of "grass".
Inked the edges and also cut the sun and dragonfly from the same cartridge
card cut at 10"
Sun cut at 1 1/2"
Dragonfly cut at 1 1/2"
inside lady bugs cut at 1"

For the inside I took the negative pieces and inked them to just add a little something.

Let it Snow

Since I cut out one snowman for the last card for Frosted Designs snowman theme- I did another - this time he was cut from Doodlecharms Cricut cartridge at 1 3/4 to fit the layout at PinkGem. To assist me with the layout I used the color theme at Colour Create - fabulous challenge to use Red, White/off white, chocolate and pink.
All the embossing and sanding is from the Cuttlebug snowflake 5x7 embossing folder. Love it! you can pick the snowflake you want
Let it snow is a little Sizzlits. Brads added in the color per the layout allowed me to enter this in Practical Scrappers brads challenge. These are mini brads from Michael's
