You can print the Template to make this quick and easy gift card holder.
Here is my go at it.
open view.I have added inner pieces and included the dimensions here for the layers as well as the band size.

Inner layer for sentiment is 3 1/2 x 2 1/2
Bottom layer that goes behind the gift card if you like is 3 1/2 x 2
The band is 1 1/2 x 8 1/2
