I created this card for my daughter as she is starting her summer session at the University by using the LO from OWH Stars & Stamps and the theme of punches at CRAFTS and ME
My base layer however is a border punch edging all the way around (Martha Stewart)
I use adhesive chipboard pieces for the flower and sprinkled glitter on them as well.
The inside I used a matching piece of pp that I used on the outside.
