Money pull cards - male or teenage version

I was blog hopping this morning and it led me to http://www.lisasomerville.com/ where she showed how she made a money card.

I made a couple simple ones - here is a teen or male one (I'll post the female version next)

I kept it simple. (Excuse the fact that there is only one dollar inside - it is just for show and it was a crisp one dollar bill at that)
