Lego birthday card

This was something I wanted to try and make, I didn't have the right punches but I think I made it work for a special birthday card.
I punch three layers of dots and glued them together and then inked each dot.
Glued each grouping of dots on a raised and inked square.

Baseball sports theme birthday card

Here is another sports theme card.
I cut out the baseball using a bowl in my kitchen. The sentiment is die cut from a couple Sizzix die.

To make the stitching I used a pin to poke holes and manually cut the stitches from red card stock.

The inside I added a couple stars and my personal sentiment to John stated "Happy Home Run of a Birthday to you! "

Thinking of you

I made this masculine type card for someone out of state.

I used the Tim Holtz die to cut into the base card and the sentiment from Sizzix set "celebrate"
For the inside, what I did was make a tri-fold insert and just lightly glued diwn one side to tge inner side of card. The tri-fold then unfolds to the right in which I wrote my message. This allowed white to be shown through the diamond cuts and allow me to journal.

For Baby

My daughter's friend had her baby last week so I'm taking time out tonight to make her this card.

I used Cuttlebug embossing folder Swiss Dots. For the buggy I made it with a set of Spellbinder dies.
For the sentiment I used Teeny Tiny Wishes SU set. A Spellbinder die mat raised on foam squares. And wrapped some twine around it.

Dragonfly birthday card

I made this card for my friend Darlene and dropped it by her house as a surprise. She loves dragonflies.
Embossed background with Cuttlebug Swiss dot folder
Layered the circle lace cut on foam squares to raise it up.
Inked the inside of the card with the negative cut from the dragonfly which is a Spellbinders Fanciful Flight die set
Sentiment die cut using Tim Holtz celebrate thinlets set.

Baseball birthday cards

With opening day and two birthdays, I used the Baseball Cricut cartridge to make these quick cards.
Card for John, cut image at 3", layered a Tim Holtz die underneath to represent baseball diamonds.
Card for Larry, the images are raised up on foam however it was hard to get a good angel early in the morning.
Sentiment inside both cards from Beyond Birthday cut at 1 1/2".
Looking back I should have embossed the base green cardstock...

A special hello

Created this card for a friend's son who is out of state, so I took a look at my Cricut cartridges that I hadn't used and came up with this.

Hello cut at 1"
The background is a Tim Holtz thin die.
