Hope

If you are a follower of my BLOG, you may remember I did a walk in Boston (October) for the ACS to help raise funds for Breast Cancer.
I got my pictures back and what quite pleased at my LO.

Here is another easy effect you can do. (click the pic for a close up)
See the ribbon at the top, I did a gentle folding to create the ruffle - in less than 5 mins I had this subtle accent. (no sewing!)
Add a layer of adhesive - I used Stampin' Up snail AKA Tombow - to the top of the page - where you want the ribbon to be stuck down. I chose the top.
Take your ribbon (mine is 1" satin) and fasten it in the back. come to the front and using a fingers width stick the ribbon to the adhesive. Then make a loop with the ribbon and then continue to stick a finger's width to the adhesive. Keep doing this for even ruffles. To keep the ruffle (loops) down tape a small clear dot and put it under the loop. Perfect ruffle - no sewing!

Let me know if you understand this - or else I can do a tutorial. Give it a try!
