My first Etching!!!

So this is my first time trying the etching cream, I've seen lots of folks chat about it and wanted to etch some glasses also for my brother's birthday gift.

I first cut the vinyl on the Cricut - Blackletter Font used at 1 1/2" at slow speed - blade at 3

Used mesh tape to create a 'ruler" so all monograms would be the same height on the glass.
Added the etching cream and wait 20 minutes.
Oh the glasses are from Ocean State Job Lot 1.00 each.

Washed off the cream, removed the vinyl and awesome results! Whew! Now I think I'm addicted!

You did an awesome job on these! You can submit projects to the Chirp at http://www.cricut.com/promotions/onlinesubmit.aspx
If your project gets picked for spotlight it wins a cartridge! They pick "highlights" from the message threads. :0) You've got some great things to submit!
