Flower - Calendar Birthday Card

Here is another card I made with the beautiful floral calendar. This time I needed a birthday card.

 The colors are so vibrant, I wanted to see how they looked as a back drop to the emboses layer and also as a border!  The border punch and sentiment are from SU!

The butterfly is a Spellbinders die I raised on foam.

Spring Break

I made this card for my daughter who will be going on spring break for the first time (in her 5 year college years). Good for her!

The base card stock is from Stamoin' Up. The embossed layer is the Swiss Dots embossing folder.

If you know a little about me, is I am a recycler! I cut the pennants (banners) using the Stampin' Up punch and punch the lovely flowers from an old calendar! They have such lovely glossy florals, I can't wait to use more of the prints.

The layers that the sentiment is on are you punches also from SU. I hand wrote Spring Break as I do not have a stamp remotely associated with the phrase.

Note Pads from recycled boxes

Hi Folks,
Not sure if you are like me - but when I look at decorated cardboard boxes I think of how I can use it creatively!
Here I took a shoe box and cut it down to make note pads. Please peek at the video to see the front and the special back portion of the pads as well.


Here I took awesome printed boutique tissue boxes and cut them down to make note pads for favors at our upcoming cookout! Take a look at the video to see all the special prints!
