I made this card for TCP Challenge #5: Recylcing Bill Envelopes and Challenge # 3 - Snowmen and Snowflakes

I used the window of an envelope that I got in today's US Mail to hold the snowflakes and sentiments confetti.

The Snowman and snowflakes are stamped from Inkadinkado.

White craft ink on Stampin' Up card stock.

Baby - Christening gown card

Challenge - week 41 at Create4fun Challenge was to create a card using the supplied template.

I used two Cuttlebug folders to emboss and accent the gown. The sentiment is from Technique Tuesday and it was punch out using a Stampin' Up punch. Perals and ribbon added.

Again - I tried to keep it monochromatic as I think it's striking effect.

Inside is also a layer of Cuttlebug Swiss Dot embossing. (not shown)

CSAYL #38

Each week we have a challenge to create a Christmas card. Maria's Sketch Challenge #38 - 10-12-09 is above. Here is my card.

Cuttlebug Embossing folders used, MS lace border punch, Offray flowers with pearls, QuicKutz Christmas Embossing 2 x 2 folder, and Inkadinkado for the sentiment.
I also followed along with the monocromatic challenge at The Cuttlebug Spot a second time. There is something about a white holiday card.

I have a nice stack of holiday 40+ cards all set to mail on December 1st.

For the card below I took two challenges and combined into one. Challenge #52 : Monochramatic
at the cuttlebug spot and PAPER DOLLS..MONSTER CHALLENGE at BITTEN by the BUG

The monster is cut at 3" from Cricut cartridge Paper Doll Dress Up.

The flag pole is cut at 4" also from PDDU.

Inside computer font to print the sentiment.

Sorry for not posting, my dad is in the hospital and I had to leave the my state and fly out for a few days.

He is still in there, I hope to return again in a couple weeks.

Pop Up Gift Card

Over at Project Tuesday we were asked to make a Pop Up gift card. Rather easy and I have seen it done on SCS and other blogs but never attempted it.
You can actually get three gift cards out of one piece of 12 x 12 because the base is cut at 12 x 4"



I added a 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 cover and backing run through my Cuttlebug Fleur de lis embossing folder. Inked with my ColorBox Cat Eyes ink set.

The top accents are a Sizzix swirl/flourish die that I covered in glitter - yes got to have a little bling.
Then for the sentiment - I used the Cuttlebug 4 You postage stamp set. Inked and glittered as well.
