Cuddle Anya

I got my order today from Die Cuts R Us and I only ordered it two days ago!
I am a lover of teddy bears so I had to have her. She is a large deep etched rubber stamp absolutely wonderful.
So I just had to follow the sketch brought forth to us from A Crafty Little Place!
I used the swirl stamp for the back ground and the inside from SU!. The card stock is from DCWV Old world. The Ribbon is also SU! The pearls were also in my order today and they are from Prima the new E Line. (On sale now!!! So I got two colors - wish I got more) I also used the challenge of stamp away at Polka Doodles

Good Luck....On Your Finals

My daughter's finals are next month so I thought I would complete a couple challenges in hopes of geting this card done. At Just Buggin' you had to use three Cricut cuts. I used Roo, (3") the sign post, (3") and a butterfly (1 1/2") - all from Cricut Pooh and Friends cartridge. I also completed the girlie card at Die Cuts R Us.
Cuttlebug folders were used on the base card (swiss dots) and the accent piece (hearts).
Misc Target ribbon as an accent and inking here and there.

BOO - a Banner

I created this banner for my home and my daughter's dorm.
Over at Die Cuts R Us Tuesday's Challenge #8 was to make something for Halloween.
And Over at Practical Scrappers you had to use die cuts - BOY did I - all of it is die cuts - lol - giggle. Check out the Challenge Blog Hop-Saturday and enter!
The letters were cut from Plantin Cricut cartridge at 4" multiple times
Other items all cut from Paper Dolls Dress up at 3" (love this cart!)
The patterned card stock is a new 8 x 8 pack at Michael's - I bought it last night with my 50% coupon. I was able to get 4 of each letter on one piece of card stock! PERFECT as I was making 4 of these banners.

I was asked about the card stock pack I bought at Michael's - here is a pic of the 8 x 8 stack.

Cheer

Over at Die Cuts R Us this weeks challenge is Negatively Speaking. To use the negative from a die cut. I looked through my pile and foudn a few. For now I settled on a stocking negative piece.
I thought to cut strips of green and white cs and ink them.

I glued them to another piece of cs and started to layer, then I put the negative die on it and cut around to the results you see. Added criss cross to look like faux stitching. This new die cut was placed on an embossed card front using the Cuttlebug Joy & Cheer embossing folder.
