Tuesday Taggers - book inspired

At Tuesday Taggers we were to create a tag with a book in mind.
I would read this book Pooh and Christopher Robins to my daughter when she was younger. We would also watch it on video.

I just so happen to have this very old Pooh and Piglet stamp.
Sorry my colors are off - bad lighting in my craft room
MS punch for the border
SU butterfly Embosslit
Pearls added under butterfly
Background image stamp from Stampendous

Made this card for my niece - I just read on fb that she got a teaching job for the fall.
So I created this card from the Allsorts Penny Black challenge Blog, I used the layout from Mojo Monday and the theme of summer at KaboodleDoodle. At Tuesday Taggers - Make a Scene. At Sentimental Sunday celebration event.

Make A Wish

Birthday card for my niece who is 22 today.
I used the freebie image at Tuesday Taggers and the layout from A Crafty Little Place
This also is being entered in the theme of Celebrations at Crafty Creations

I used some dimensional liquid on the balloons (raised on foam squares) and candle. The sentiment is from Inkandinkado (raised on foam squares). Misc bling from Michael's.

Vintage card

You know when you have a vision of how you want a card to come out - but it changes along the way. This is close to what I wanted to occur with this creation.

The puzzle pieces were cut from Locker Talk Cricut cartridge at 3". I then Stamped the hummingbird/birdbath image (Inkadinkado) using brown StazOn ink. It covered fabulously!
I glued down all but the upper corner piece which I tilted and raised on a foam square.
The ribbon, flowers, border and rhinestones are all from Stampin' Up.
I am entering this card in these challenges
1) Cuttlebug Challenge Vintage Valentine
2) Tuesday Taggers - in which we had to use a puzzle piece (I used all 9)
3) The Pink Elephant - we had to use polka dots, a bow and the color pink
4) Die Cuts R Us - use ribbon
5) Doodle Palace - something new - the stamp image and all the SU products were new - I got today
I think this will go to my MIL.
