Hoppy Easter with Card Patterns

I love this sketch at Card Patterns - I used this cute Stampendous image frames it in a Spellbinders die and layered it with some yellow bakers thread from the Twinery.

Inside sentiment was computer generated because I lost my "hoppy Easter" stamp...
Stampin Up punches used on sentiment and the border on the front of the card.

Paper Cutz Chick card

I have 10 Easter cards to make - so I am having the challenges help me whip them out today.
So - I am sorry if I am posting a lot and filling up your reader!
For this Z fold card I followed these challenges, to use a bunny or chick etc on a card or project at Paper Cutz Challenge and a chick on Raise The Bar
I need a layout to help me and turned to Get Sketchy #82
The color theme at Crazy 4 Challenges of brown green and valilla... hmmm yummy colors.

Mission #673

As a Cricut Card Fairy we get quite a few missions to create for a special child. This mission (673) is for a 7 year old who has cancer and his only wish for his 7th birthday is cards!
I could not wait to create one today. Will be in the mail Tuesday with Monday being a holiday.

I used a new stamp set I bought yesterday at M's Changito is my fav and welcome the thought of using it today for this little boy.

To help me accomplish this card - I used the sketch from Crafty Creations

OWH challenge sketch

Hope you all don't mind - but today I have a lot of Halloween cards to make and using the challenges will help me get them done!
Here is the first one as I am using the sketch #38 from OWH S&S

I love it as they give you the dimensions to cut the pieces.

I used the Cute Changito Stamp I picked up at M's yesterday. I've been eying it for a LONG time.
Left over Recollection card stock from the CD wall hanging let me use 5 diff colors and patterns for the Get Funky challenge.
I distressed the edges with ink and the edges of my scissors, raised both the frame and image on foam tape. The bat was punched from pattern paper from an unknown punch I have had for years!!!

A sailing Thank You

I met a great group of ladies last night at the Wednesday Crochet gathering at a lady's home. It was my first night and I look forward to learning more about crocheting. (You may remember I taught myself how to crochet little flowers)
Anyway - to thank the lady I made her this card.

The paper piecing is from an old SB paper pad I had I think from Provo Craft
The scrap background (beige/cream) is actually textured wall paper.
I CB with D'vine Swirl embossing folder.
The brads are from SU!
Sentiment from Stampendous

Entering this in a few challenges

OWH Any Hero Card

On the fb page of Operation Write home they asked for any hero cards to be made.
So here is one of 4 that I hope to get done and mailed today if not tomorrow. Unlike the blank cards. Any Hero cards have a personal message from me to the hero. So they get mail as well.

Because my card could go to a male or female I kept the colors neutral on this one.
I used the Tim Holtz stamp on this and faux stitching. The sentiment is from Stampendous.

I used the sketch from Create4Fun to help me get this quick card accomplished.
At Pollycraft Monday - use of stitches
At Anything Goes wanted three layers - so this LO was perfect.

Star Light ... Cuttlebug Challenge

Here is another challenge From Cuttlebug Challenges provided to us - to create a layered star card. I used Wild Card to cut the star shapes. I ran both layers through two different embossing folders. Glitter the cute dear (SU!) and sentiment (SU!) with embossing powder from Stampendous. Added a few rhinestones in each point. Inside sentiment (I added a rhinestone to the exclamation point after I took the pic) from Inkadinkado.
Entering this in the Cuttlebug Challenge of course as well as Rosie D's creatures big and small.

Cuttlebug Challenge Christmas tag

As soon as I saw this challenge at the Cuttlebug Challenges - I immediately made these for a gift for my SIL and BIL as a thank you for having us over for a small cookout.
They were simple to make - base is 2 x 3 and accent layers. I did not tear my corrugation as it was thick. I embossed the SU tree with Jeweled Gold Stamp N Stuff by Stampendous

I made 14 of these - here are a couple shown. The To and From are stamped on red cs on the back - I did not take a pic before I gave them away.
