I created this card with the help of two challenges 
I cut the flowers from Stampin Up 5 petal punch, the back ground is Cuttlebug Spots and Dot embossing folder - added a little polka dot pp and pearls.Sentiment is a stamp from Stampendous and punched out from this fab SU punch (raised on pop dots). White pigment ink used to stamp the petals and sentiment.
1) Crafty Catz Challenge # 7 "Going Dottie" and 2) Paper Blooms color challenge - to use blue orange and white
