Icicles

(click the pic for a better view)
I recently got the urge to SB again and the sketches at Sketchy Thursdays are helping me complete them. I found a box of pictures from 2002 and 2003. Here are my boys playing in the snow with some huge icicles. The requirement for the sketch was to make your own embellishments and to have some yellow on the page. What I did is used the left over picture discard and used my Martha Stewart punch and put a silver brad through the center. Alphabets are rub ons by Junkitz.

bubble gum fun

I created this layout following the sketch at sketchy thursdays challenge
I decided to scrap some from a long time ago.My boys were so young :( = good to look back.
I have today off so I have decided to SB some LO's.
I found a fun challenge site - Paper Playtime!!! Bubble fun was their theme.

Thinking of You - Sketchy Thursday 2nd chance

Hello - I am getting my cards done today - you see the kids (Kristen and her friends) have gone back to college, and I need a new stash of cards to send to them.

Here is one I did for Sketchy Thursday second change sketch

Background is embossed using a Cuttlebug folder.
I used my Coluzzle to cut the circle
The Sentiment is from a StudioG clear stamp set
The awesome swirl (sorry for the glare) is a sticker from EK Success that I picked up last week from Target. Oh the bling is from Michael's

I DO

Sketchy Thursdays Family Challenge

I am entering this in on Sketchy Thursdays as well as Crafty Catz and for Circle Card or LO on Paper Blooms.
At Sketchy Thursdays we had to create a LO using orange brown and teal - and a family or fall theme. At Crafty Catz we had to use three buttons or brads. At Paper Blooms there had to be a circle on a LO - or the card had to be a circle.
Here is a LO I followed to accomplish this.

All cuts were from Home Accents Cricut cartridge.
Flourish was cut at 3" (Yes 3"!!!!)

Butterfly also cut at 3"
